Eunice Kim was a Student Fellow during the 2006-2007 academic year. During her fellowship, she analyzed the internal organization of hospitals as a function of regulatory structures, examining in particular, the impact of regulations concerning reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine, and staff privileges on coordination and communication.
