Benjamin N. Roin is Assistant Professor of Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. A member of the inaugural cohort of Petrie-Flom Academic Fellows, Ben was appointed to the Harvard Law School faculty in 2008. From 2010 to 2014, Ben served as the Faculty co-Director of the Center. During his tenure as a Petrie-Flom fellow, he worked on issues involving pharmaceutical innovation, FDA regulations and the patent system. His recent scholarship continues to examine patent law and incentives for innovation.
