Founding Faculty Director Einer Elhauge Cited in SCOTUS Decision
On February 25, 2015, the Supreme Court handed down a decision in North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners v. Federal Trade Commission. The majority opinion, handed down by Justice Kennedy, cited Petrie-Flom Founding Faculty Director Einer Elhauge's article The Scope of Antitrust Process (104 Harv. L. Rev. 667, 672 [1991]).
