Submission Rules

 
Professionals working in the field of U.S. tobacco control are welcomed and encouraged to submit an abstract for consideration. Conference organizers aim to include a broad selection of content from diverse perspectives in the meeting agenda. If you have work to share from your experience in the field that fits under one of the conference's 11 Program Area topics, we invite and encourage you to submit your work for consideration.
 

Submission Requirements

 
You will be asked to provide the following information via the abstract submission process:
Primary Presenter information (name, credentials, contact information, title, organization, brief biography, disclosure statement)
Co-Presenter information (same)
Session title
Session description
Three learning objectives for your session

You may use this document to pre-populate your abstract submission fields to make completing the online submission form more convenient. All abstract submissions must be submitted through this online form; NCTOH organizers will not accept Word documents in lieu of online submissions.
 

Abstract Submission Deadlines

 
Abstract submissions will close on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11:59 pm Pacific time. No abstracts will be accepted after this deadline.
 
Abstract review will be conducted by Program Area Subcommittees beginning in November 2018 and concluding in January 2019. Program Area Co-Chairs will review abstract scores and make final decisions by March 2019. 
 
Abstract selection notifications will be sent in April 2019. Every abstract submitted will receive an email notification whether selected or declined.
