Research Fellowship in Medical Law and Ethics
Deadline: December 20, 2014
Trinity Hall invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for a Research Fellowship in Medical Law and Ethics tenable for three years from 1 October 2015. A Research Fellowship offers an initial post-doctoral position appropriate to the start of an academic career. There is no age limit, but applicants are expected to have recently completed a PhD, or to have submitted a PhD before starting the Fellowship, in a field related to medical law and ethics. The Research Fellowship primarily facilitates freedom for individual research in this area, possibly with some teaching, in association with colleagues in the Faculty of Law in the University of Cambridge and the University of Hong Kong. The current stipend is up to £21,470 per annum with associated benefits of a Fellowship at Trinity Hall.
Further particulars are available here or from the Master’s PA, Mrs. Heather Kilpatrick, firstname.lastname@example.org. A letter of application including a CV, the names of two referees and a statement of future research plans in the area, should reach the Master’s PA by 20 December 2014; interviews are likely to be held on Thursday 11 March 2015.bioethics fellowship health law policy medicine opportunity research funding
