Abigail R. Moncrieff is currently Associate Professor at Boston University School of Law. After completing her fellowship in 2009, Abby joined the faculty at Boston University School of Law where she now teaches the first-year Legislation course as well as a seminar on Health Care Law and the Constitution. In her research, she tackles structural governmental barriers to efficient healthcare delivery in the United States. While at the Petrie-Flom Center, Abby wrote an article arguing for federalization of medical malpractice policy.
