Kuei-Jung Ni

Visiting Scholar Kuei-Jung Ni was at the Petrie-Flom Center from August 2013 through July 2014, and will rejoin the Center during the summer of 2016.
Professor Ni holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Edinburgh School of Law. During his visit he was on leave from his role as Professor and Director at the Institute for Technology Law, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. His research project explored the systems of governmental food safety regulation in the United States and Europe in order to develop a suitable system for the Taiwanese government. Ni visited the Center with support from a Fulbright grant and the Top University Strategic Alliance (TUSA) of Taiwan.
