Presented by the Health Law and Policy Programs and sponsored by The Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership and Public Policy at UNH School of Law.

Join the discussion with both New Hampshire and national legal scholars and policy experts. Analysis will focus on state innovations in the Health Insurance Marketplace post-King v. Burwell, including Marketplace developments, Section 1332 waivers, Medicaid expansion and beyond. In addition, we will analyze legal and regulatory developments impacting health technology and biomedical innovation in the age of value based care.

We welcome special guest speakers:

Donald B. Verrilli, Jr, the Solicitor General of the United States.

Cynthia Mann, former Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services deputy administrator and director of the Center for Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program Services.
