We’re excited to introduce and welcome Bill Sage to our blogging community as an occasional contributor.

Bill teaches law at the University of Texas at Austin, where he also serves the university as vice provost for health affairs.   A member of the Institute of Medicine and a fellow of the Hastings Center, he is currently working on aspects of regional and national health reform that emphasize improving the health care delivery system and forging a stronger relationship between health care services and popula­tion health. He holds medical and law degrees from Stanford University.
