The Department of Health Sciences offers a Master of Public Health in Urban Health, a Master of Science in Exercise Science, and a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences. We currently offer a PhD program in Personal Health Informatics in conjunction with the College of Computer and Information Science and a new PhD in Population Health is being implemented.

Qualifications include: (1) earned doctoral degree in public health, a related health profession, or medical, biological, or social sciences, (2) excellent record of university teaching, (3) excellent record of scholarly publications and external research funding, (4) demonstrated leadership in administering an academic/research department, (5) strong commitment to interdisciplinary education, and (6) demonstrated background and commitment to supporting a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment.

Application Information: Applications will be reviewed beginning May 1, 2013  and will continue until the position is filled. The expected start date of this position will be August 1, 2013.
