Professor of Medical Science and Former Dean of Medicine and Biological Sciences, Brown University

Eli Y. Adashi is the Former Dean of the Division of Biology and Medicine at Brown University. He has also served as President of the Society for Reproductive Investigation. Eli is an Elected Member of the National Academy of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences.

Eli has worked closely with the Petrie-Flom Center, contributing to and helping to organize events such as Mitochondrial Replacement Therapy: Considering the Future of U.S. Policy on “Three-Parent IVF”, and IVF Add-Ons: Scientific, Ethical, Regulatory, and Legal Considerations, as well as collaborating with Center affiliates, such as Faculty Director I. Glenn Cohen, on research and publications.
