Arnold J. Rosoff, JD is Professor Emeritus of Legal Studies and Health Care Management at Wharton and a Senior Fellow of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Public Health Initiatives (CPHI). Prior to becoming emeritus in June 2013, he held a secondary appointment as Professor in the Perelman School of Medicine, where he taught in the Masters in Public Health program since its inception in 2004. A Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine (FCLM), he served for over 25 years as Deputy Editor of its scholarly journal, the Journal of Legal Medicine. Rosoff taught, researched, and published in the area of health law and policy.
