He is Board and Chief Innovation Officer, C-TAC; Co-Founder, Project on Advanced Care and Health Policy at Harvard Law PFC Center; Advisory Board and former Senior Fellow, Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative; Retired Partner, Hogan Lovells Health Law Group. He is also a senior strategic advisor to C-TAC Innovations, which guides organizations and communities to effectively implement and sustain equitable, evidence-based models of care for persons with serious illness.
