About the Presenter

Belinda Bennett is a Visiting Scholar at the Petrie-Flom Center in fall 2017. She is Professor of Health Law and New Technologies in the School of Law at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia. She leads the Governance and Regulation of Health Care program within the Australian Centre for Health Law Research at QUT. Her current research addresses health law and globalisation, global public health law, and the legal and ethical challenges associated with regulation of new technologies in health care.
