Joelle Boxer

Joelle Boxer is a law student (J.D. 2024). Her current research examines the development of sexual and reproductive health rights law and policy in East Africa. She is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Sciences and Columbia University, where she conducted research on safe water access in Bangladesh. Prior to law school, she worked at the largest provider of disability and reproductive healthcare services in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. At HLS, she has served on the executive boards of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender and the American Constitution Society.
