Ana Inés a lawyer, mediator, and Phd in Law (UNMDP) with over 20 years of professional experience, specializing in Health Law. Her doctoral thesis focused on conflict management in access to healthcare and the inadequacies of the judicial system in this field. She specializes in resolving healthcare disputes through dialogue, avoiding unnecessary litigation. She served as Director of the Health Law Institute at the Mar del Plata Bar Association (2011-2023) and was a Summer School Fellow at the University of Geneva for the Global Health Law course (2023). She holds a Diploma in Mental Health Policies and Human Rights (UNMDP) and a specialization in Public Health and Health Services Management (Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires). As a postgraduate professor at institutions such as UNMDP, UBA, UNR, and UMSA, and a mentor for emerging legal professionals in the field, she actively contributes to Health Law education. Additionally, she provides strategic advice to improve access to healthcare and manage conflicts in the sector. Her work is recognized for academic excellence, professionalism, and effective problem-solving, combining speed, dedication, empathy, and creativity in handling complex cases.
