Jim Lytle is currently a Managing Partner of the Albany, NY office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, as well as a Senior Counsel affiliated with Manatt Health and Government practices. Previously, Jim was the Assistant Counsel for Health and Human Services to Governor Mario M. Cuomo from 1983-1986. He is an Adjunct Professor for New York Medical College Public Health Ph.D. program, SUNY Albany School of Public Health, and NYU Law School.
