David Tolley is a Partner at Latham & Watkins LLP and is the chair of the Litigation & Trial Department for Latham’s Boston office. David represents a variety of mission-driven and innovative health care organizations in their highest stakes matters, including government investigations and litigation. David has also had the honor of serving alongside the Center for Health Law Policy Innovation at HLS in lawsuits against state Medicaid programs to help secure important access to life-saving therapies for persons with Hepatitis C.
