Cathy is a student at Harvard Law School and expects to graduate in 2023. Cathy’s research interests include telehealth access, pharmaceutical coverage, and payment reform. She has co-authored articles on drug reimbursement, health care coverage, delivery system reforms, and resource allocation ethics.
