2011 – 2012

Sachin Desai was a Student Fellow during the 2011-2012 academic year. His scholarly interests focus on improving technology commercialization and the introduction of new business models into heavily regulated industries such as health care. His fellowship project focused on how complex legal, regulatory, and administrative structures surrounding health care impact the effectiveness of traditional 20 technology commercialization methods. Sachin entered law school after working as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, assisting numerous clients in regulated industries and health care. He graduated with a Masters in aerospace engineering and a Bachelors in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
