Sunnie Ning is a law student at Harvard Law School and expects to graduate in 2021. Sunnie’s academic interests include patent law, IP and innovation policy, and genetic privacy. Her research project aims to compare and contrast different solutions to solving the problem posed by the patent system, such as licensing and patent pooling, in the context of COVID-19.
