Unmasking Public Health
It is time for our public health entities to reinvigorate their role as a force of legal and moral suasion to protect the public’s health.

Judicial partisanship is a major threat to public health. Congress should implement reforms to address this problem at its roots.
Public health in the U.S. has collapsed. In its place, we are left with an insufficient, impoverished alternative: personal crusades.
Amtrak, airlines, public transit, and other transportation companies should provide must-mask options for passengers who need or want them.
Do airlines have legal obligations to manage the risk of in-flight infections?
I will be direct: schools that have officially departed from masking are stating an ongoing commitment to purposeful exclusion.
